At 3 am, I needed to print out my boarding pass and since I was not at my home with my familiar computer and printer, I could not figure out how to do it. After much frustration, I went back to bed and in the morning I had the inspiration to call Michael at Travel Techiez who assured me he would take care of everything and there on my email I magically saw my boarding pass, complements of Michael. Then he called later in the day to make sure I had found a printer to print out the boarding passes. Michael held my hand through the whole process. Later Patricia called to make sure I was all set, as well. I was well cared for by the people at Travel Techiez and highly recommend their services to others. from Barbara
